Answer
EA’s focus is on collaborative partnership with schools rather than compulsory mechanisms, to deliver a truly inclusive, nurturing education system for our children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
EA continues to work with NITC Trade Unions with engagements events planned for school leaders in high-demand areas to explore solutions for expanding specialist provisions for 2026 and beyond.
