Answer

As set out in the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Agenda, the high level estimated cost of full implementation of the actions within the Delivery Plan is £570m over 5 years. Costings are being finessed through the development of detailed implementation plans and in collaboration with key delivery partners.
